2. Eligibility for Refunds

Smarters Player offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscription purchases. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • Your account must be in good standing
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team may qualify for a refund beyond the 14-day period, evaluated on a case-by-case basis

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Smarters Player account
  2. Navigate to the "Billing" section
  3. Select "Request Refund" and complete the form

Please include your order number, the email address associated with your account, and the reason for your refund request.

4. Refund Timeframe

Once your refund is approved:

  • Credit card refunds typically process within 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds typically process within 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days
  • Cryptocurrency refunds will be processed at the current exchange rate and may take 1-3 business days

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing times.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • After the 14-day money-back guarantee period has expired (except for unresolvable technical issues)
  • For accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • For partial refunds of subscription time not used (after the initial 14-day period)
  • For accounts with a history of excessive refund requests
  • For issues related to third-party IPTV service providers rather than the Smarters Player application itself

6. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription is separate from requesting a refund:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not automatically issue a refund
  • After cancellation, you will retain access to Smarters Player until the end of your current billing period
  • To both cancel and request a refund, you must follow the refund process outlined above
