Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
4. Content & Copyright
Smarters Player respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. Smarters Player does not host any content directly and serves only as a platform for accessing content from your IPTV providers.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you access through the Service does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are charged with infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- License, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service
- Modify or make derivative works based upon the Service
- Create Internet "links" to the Service or "frame" or "mirror" the Service on any other server or wireless or Internet-based device
- Reverse engineer or access the Service in order to build a competitive product or service or copy any features, functions, or graphics
6. Termination
Smarters Player may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
